Before you begin
How long does it take to make my bracelet?
Each bracelet is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before the approval process begins.
Will I see my bracelet before it is shipped?
Yes. Once your bracelet is completed, we will send photos to the email address used at checkout. Please review the photos and reply within 3 calendar days.
What happens if I do not reply to the approval email?
If we do not receive a response within 3 calendar days, the bracelet will be considered approved and shipped automatically. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct and check your spam folder.
How long does shipping to the United States take?
Estimated delivery is approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, or holidays.
Which shipping carrier will deliver my order?
We select an appropriate shipping service based on the destination and available route. A local carrier may complete the final delivery in the United States. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Will my stones look exactly like the bracelet designer preview?
Not exactly. Natural stones vary in color, pattern, transparency, inclusions, and texture. The bracelet designer is a visual reference and cannot guarantee an exact match to the finished stones. These natural variations are part of what makes every bracelet unique.
Can I return or exchange a custom bracelet?
Because every bracelet is made according to your selected stones, size, colors, and arrangement, custom bracelets are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind reasons.
What if my bracelet arrives damaged or has a quality problem?
Please contact hello@toldinbeads.com with your order number and clear photos or a video showing the issue. We will review the information and help determine an appropriate solution.
Can I change my design after placing the order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@toldinbeads.com. Changes may be possible only if production has not started. Once production begins, design changes cannot be guaranteed.
How do I know which bracelet size to choose?
Measure your wrist snugly with a flexible tape, then add approximately 0.5–1 inch (1.3–2.5 cm), depending on how loose you prefer the bracelet to fit. Please review the size guide before ordering. measuring tape too tightly. The finished fit may vary slightly because natural stone beads are not completely identical.
