Each Told in Beads bracelet is made to order according to the stones, colors, size, and arrangement selected by the customer.
Because customized products are created specifically for each customer, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.
Design Approval
After your bracelet has been assembled, we will send photographs of the completed design to the email address provided with your order.
Please review the photographs and respond within 3 calendar days. If we do not receive a response within this period, the design will be considered approved and the order will be shipped automatically.
Quality Problems
If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us at hello@toldinbeads.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue. After reviewing the evidence, we may offer a repair, replacement, remake, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Natural Stone Variations
Natural stones naturally vary in color, pattern, transparency, and texture. Minor variations between product photographs, design previews, and the finished bracelet are not considered defects.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
