Each bracelet is made to order and shipped directly to the United States with tracking.

Made to order

Please allow 1–3 business days for your bracelet to be made and prepared for shipment.

Design approval

We’ll email photos of your finished bracelet for approval. Please reply within 3 calendar days. If we don’t hear from you, the design will be considered approved and shipped automatically.

Shipping & delivery

After approval, your order will be dispatched with tracking. Estimated delivery is 6–8 business days after carrier acceptance, with USPS completing final delivery in the United States.

Tracking included

Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

United States delivery

Orders currently ship from China to addresses in the United States.

USPS final delivery

After the shipment reaches the United States, USPS completes the final delivery to your address.

Possible delays

Customs processing, severe weather, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions may occasionally extend delivery times.
